Tune Up

Want to tone up the back of your arms?

Here is a few quick and easy techniques to get great looking arms just in time for the summer!  You can use hand weights, large rubber bands, or anything with weight you can grip your hands around. An example could be a large can of food or a bottle of water.

  • With the weight in your hand lift your arm straight over your head.
  • Bend your arm at your elbow which will have the weight lowering behind your head. Remember to count slowly to 5 on the way down.
  • Then straighten your arm back. Repeat 10 times, then do the opposite arm
  • Next lift your arm over your head and rotate your so when you bend your elbow the weight will go to the opposite side of your head.
  • As you bend your arm down count to 5 slowly, repeat 10 times
  • Repeat on the opposite side.

Do each of these exercises for 3 sets of 10 every other day. You can do these at work while your on the phone or at home while watching TV. So let's get to work and create those great looking arms!
